We will be holding a meeting of Footnote.com members at the 2007 FGS Conference in Ft. Wayne, Indiana on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 2pm. The meeting will be held at the Grand Wayne Center Board Room. Footnote members who live in the Ft. Wayne area or who will be attending the 2007 FGS Conference, are welcome to attend. We will discuss future plans, solicit member opinions, give out door prizes and have fun with Dick Eastman and Beau Sharbrough. Anyone who is interested may attend. Seating will be limited. I wish I could go to this meeting in Ft. Wayne, a case of so close, too far; I have announced to my DAR meeting the existence of this site – many pens came out and repeat pleases,
(largest group in state) I am really enthused and grateful for the NARA work you are doing, you have no idea what it means to many of us that have been hair pulling to find info. Also told cousin in NJ, and he’s excited. Also caution others not all info loaded yet. Also remind of free week. Thank you so much.
In addition, informed SAR of this website and their pens came out, and called DAR-Washington, I was informed pension number still required and they are aware of http://www.footnote.com. That’s a good thing.
