I consider myself a fairly astute researcher on the life of Mrs. Lincoln. Although actress Sally Fields seems to have displayed her erratic-whim delivery (for this period of her life / it was later speculated MTL was suffering from mental troubles brought on through untreated diabetes) the rest of the film-maker’s concept for resemblance was in: the wardrobe; jewelry; and, stage-setting.
Regardless of the 20-plus-pounds S.F. added to her frame, she was really too old for the role. Frankly, there comes a period when a woman-of-a-certain-age (sans facelifts, injections, etc…) needs to accept she can no longer be the decades-younger-babe she once was! In otherwords, the giddy galpal from ‘SMOKEY & THE BANDIT’ just didn’t morph into Mrs. Lincoln for m, nor the group of friends who watched the film with us.

Amazing blog! Do you have any helpful hints for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own site soon but I’m a little lost on everything.
Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option?
There are so many options out there that I’m totally confused .. Any tips? Thanks a lot!
