Your intro led me to believe I could try your site for a week for free to see if I liked it. However when I started in filling in all the forms, the free week was not an option.

I have an annual subscription which expires this month. As a potential returning customer I’m being offered a deal to renew for $60. So, why shouldn’t I let my subscription expire and sign up at $50 instead?!
